• A questionnaire to assess anxiety disorders, which includes a number of different conditions such as panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social phobia, specific phobia, agoraphobia, obsessive compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder (American Psychiatric Association, 2000). This measure is used to screen an individual for the presence of anxiety disorders and to assess the severity of underlying symptoms.
